· 3D vision guided technology prevents collision with unexpected objects within the work cell.

· Types of robot end of arm tooling available: Clamping, vacuum gripper (foam or cups), bag handling, and custom.

Case Erector, Packer, Palletizer all in one:

· One robot picks KDFs (knocked down flat cases) right from the stack on the pallet, erects the case, and packs full cases on adjacent pallets.

· Shares the features of both the case packer and case palletizer described above.

· Our physical hard guarding system is less expensive, more durable, quicker to install and safer than light curtains and lasers scanners.

· Light curtain and Laser scanner systems are an optional upgrade.
